Our products come with a one-year warranty. The warranty covers all non-human-caused and non-natural disaster-related issues. (For example, damages caused by dropping, burning, water exposure, or transportation are not covered under warranty.)

Our cutting machines can achieve cutting accuracy of up to ±0.01 mm, delivering precise and clean results even for intricate graphics, small details, and fine text. The machines also feature automatic contour detection, which accurately recognizes the edges of printed graphics to ensure precise alignment between the printed design and the cutting contour. No manual positioning is required, helping reduce material waste and improve production efficiency.

Standard Creasing: Suitable for thin materials below 300 g. Provides stable creasing results and meets the needs of most regular prototyping and small-batch production applications, offering excellent cost-effectiveness.
Rotary Creasing: Produces deeper and smoother crease lines with rounded edges, helping prevent edge cracking.
